Visible outcomes
Clarity. Confidence. Direction.
A clearer understanding of their strengths, greater confidence communicating who they are, one direction worth testing and a personalised 30 day action plan.
Explore Launchpad →You can help them learn how to choose.
College is an exciting time, but it can also be uncertain for a young person. Students face more choices than ever before, yet very few opportunities to pause and understand themselves before making important decisions.
Students may be dealing with too many choices, fear of making the wrong decision, comparison with peers or pressure to have everything figured out.
Launchpad creates structured space for them to understand their strengths, examine possible directions and take ownership of their next step without pressure to have their entire future figured out.
A clearer picture of who they are, with strengths backed by real examples and feedback from people who know them well.
Explore what could be worth testing before they make a decision.
Make a choice they can explain and feel confident moving forward.
Turn their thinking into a practical plan and take the next step.
Launchpad is not here to tell your child what career to choose. It is a facilitated developmental programme that helps them make a thoughtful decision for themselves.

Launchpad is not career counselling, placement coaching, personality testing or therapy.
It is guided self discovery, confidence building, better decision making, structured reflection and practical action.
If your child is asking questions about strengths, direction or future choices, we would be happy to have a conversation.
