For nearly 30 years, Rams Parameswaran built and led technology organisations across the United States and India, working with global financial institutions including Citigroup, Bank of America, BNY Mellon and Fiserv.
Throughout his career, he hired, coached and mentored professionals, always believing that developing people was inseparable from driving results.
Those who thrived understood their strengths, could explain their choices with confidence and took ownership of their direction.
Across different roles, organisations and career stages, one pattern remained consistent. The people who thrived were not defined only by academic achievement. They understood their strengths, could explain their choices with confidence and took ownership of their direction.
Very few had been taught how to do this. Most discovered it much later through experience, uncertainty, mistakes and reflection.
Rams founded The Evolve Foundation to help young people develop that self understanding earlier.

The Foundation's first programme
Launchpad is The Evolve Foundation’s first programme. It is an eight week, live online developmental experience for college students who want greater clarity, confidence and direction.
Over eight weeks, college students identify their proven strengths, choose one direction worth testing, practise explaining that direction with confidence and leave with a dated 30 day action plan.
Launchpad is not career counselling and it is not a psychometric test that assigns a career. It is a facilitated developmental programme that helps college students make a thoughtful decision for themselves.
Rams personally facilitates every cohort of 15 to 20 college students, with dedicated one to one time for each participant.
